– We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. However, if you need to return an item (except in cases of damage or replacement), a flat shipping fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund.
– Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality materials to protect your items during transit, including sturdy boxes.

– A return or exchange can be initiated within 6 days of delivery. Prompt inspection of items upon receipt is recommended to ensure complete satisfaction.
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us track your order and process your request efficiently.

To facilitate the process, we require a 360-degree video proof of unboxing along with clear photos of any damage. This will help us assess the condition of the item effectively.
– Once we receive your report and verify the damage or missing items through our inspection process, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the specific item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative that meets your preferences. Please note that any attempts at spoofing or misrepresentation may result in denial of the replacement request. The final decision regarding replacements will rest with Sarohā Jewels.
